Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday expressed confidence that the BJP will emerge victorious in the Delhi assembly elections. Speaking to media in his parliamentary constituency on the day polling was being held in the union capital, Rajnath Singh said the party was certain of its victory at the hustings to give the national capital stability and development.
He earlier flagged off another train - Lucknow-Kathgodam Express - from here. Asked to comment on the law and order situation in the state, Rajnath Singh said the circumstances was dreary and special attention was required. Rajnath singh also thanked the Minister of State for Railways Manoj Sinha for the new train. Happy at the manner in which the occasion was composed, Sinha declared a money prize of Rs.1.5 lakh for the officials and employees involved.
"There are many many things lined up but I will not reveal it now," Rajnath Singh said.
