AAP party leader Arvind Kejriwal would take Oath as Chief Minister of Delhi on February 14 at Ramlila Maidan exactly a year after he had resigned as Delhi CM on the Lokpal issue.
In a landslide victory, AAP secured 67 of the 70 seats of Delhi Assembly in the counting of votes held yesterday. BJP had succumbed to 3 seats. Arvind Kejriwal defeated BJP's Nupur Sharma in the prominent New Delhi constituency by a huge margin of 31,583 votes.
Earlier, the Aam Aadmi Party on Tuesday said it will invite Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Arvind Kejriwal’s swearing-in ceremony as Delhi chief minister on February 14 at the Ramlila Grounds.
